“ Just wanted to say how great my last pair of boots were and I'm extremely satisfied with your professional and prompt customer service. I've been wearing my last pair all winter every year and although their expensive I've never had a pair of shoes or boots that have been near the quality or comfort of these boots.
 
Just today I was in a shop and I recommended Kiwi to a woman who was about to buy a pair of boots in Next. Told her I'd been wearing your boots for nearly three years and she told me she hated wearing anything else but trainers. I said 'just imagine the most comfy trainers ever and wearing Kiwi boots is just as or more comfortable... I intend to keep buying Kiwi boots and recommending your company for years and years to come. Can't wait til mine arrive... It's freezing here at the minute and I should have sorted them months ago...
